I used to play this all the time when I was 13! Never completed the game - but I intend to do so eventually. I remember getting stuck on the skull pixie boss and never touched the game again till last year, where I found out it was actually really easy and defeated it pretty much immediately. Really fun game, and I'm glad it can still be played here.

This is gonna be my new favourite game for a good while! The difficulty was perfect - not too easy that it isn't rewarding but not so difficult that it makes you want to quit. I got all 4 endings and it was WELL worth it. And the horror aspect of the game was just enough to build tension and be unsettling throughout, but with bits of light-heartedness as breaks. I could go on about so many things this game did well - I loved the characters, the cutscenes were gorgeous, the music slaps, the only things I think could've been improved were a couple of bugs and minor inconveniences which I'll go over below.

When I first started the game and got up to the part where you meet Security, I took a break, refreshed the page, and then got an error saying: NotAllowedError: play() failed because the user didn't interact with the document first. It wouldn't load at all until I cleared the cookies and had to start a new game. Never had that issue again after that. Second bug(?) is an issue with autosave in the chase leading up to the true ending, instead of taking you to the start of the area you left off, it takes you right back to the screen with the YES/NO to reload your save. Aside from that, being able to add a name to your save slots so you can tell which one is which would be very useful, and so would being able to delete saves.

Overall I absolutely loved this game and WILL be recommending it to everyone in sight! Also, a hint for anyone looking for more endings than the obvious two: go back up.

I played this as a kid and remember being so excited when I got to the final creature/boss. It's a lot easier to beat the game than I remember it lol.

This is definitely in my top 5 games I've ever played! I found it back in 2018 and have replayed it again and again, but it never loses it's charm. The full version is well worth it for anyone wondering, and easy to mod.
